Most items are available to ship upon receipt of full payment in 1-3 business days. Shipment for custom orders may take up to several weeks depending on sourcing of materials and fabrication requirements.
Standard Shipping and Insurance Rates in the US :
We ship USPS Priority, Flat Rate. Usual delivery time frame is 2-3 days unless there is a delay with USPS (weather, etc.) and any such USPS delays are not within our control.
$8 shipping within the US - includes insurance at the standard rate.
Additional options are available at checkout if you wish to insure at a higher rate. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping and you have not insured your order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement as we are no longer responsible for the parcel once it leaves Robin Baskin Designs.
Please let us know if you want signature required at delivery, otherwise it will NOT be required.
Expedited Shipping:
If you require expedited shipping (for special occasion or holiday etc.) we will work with you as best we can to accommodate your needs, however this will result in higher shipping charges. Please contact us in advance of placing your order to discuss options. Although we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, if there is a problem with the carrier once the parcel leaves Robin Baskin Designs we are not responsible.
Shipping Outside the US:
We do not take online orders for shipping outside of the US at this time.
